P2000 Alarm is een gratis app die real-time P2000-meldingen toont voor brandweer, ambulance en politie in Nederland. Uw privacy is belangrijk voor ons. Dit beleid legt uit welke gegevens wij verwerken en hoe.
1. Welke gegevens verzamelen wij?
Gegevens die wij wel verwerken
- Postcode – uitsluitend lokaal opgeslagen op uw apparaat voor het filteren van meldingen in uw buurt en het vinden van de dichtstbijzijnde vrijwilligers bij een Reanimatie Alert. De postcode wordt nooit naar onze servers gestuurd, tenzij u de Reanimatie Alert-functie gebruikt.
- Gevolgde capcodes – de capcodes van hulpdiensteenheden die u volgt, worden opgeslagen op onze server zodat wij gerichte push-notificaties kunnen versturen.
- Push notification token – een unieke apparaattoken die door Firebase wordt gegenereerd, zodat wij push-notificaties naar uw apparaat kunnen sturen. Dit token is anoniem en bevat geen persoonlijke informatie.
Gegevens die wij niet verzamelen
- Naam, e-mailadres of telefoonnummer
- Exacte GPS-locatie
- Gebruiksgedrag, analytics of tracking
- Advertentieprofiel of demografische gegevens
2. Waarvoor gebruiken wij uw gegevens?
Uw gegevens worden uitsluitend gebruikt om:
- Push-notificaties te versturen voor gevolgde capcodes.
- Bij een Reanimatie Alert te bepalen of u zich binnen een straal van 5 km bevindt (uw postcode wordt daarvoor eenmalig en tijdelijk verwerkt).
Wij gebruiken uw gegevens niet voor advertenties, marketing of verkoop aan derden.
3. Worden uw gegevens gedeeld?
Nee. Wij verkopen, verhuren of delen uw gegevens niet met derden. Push-notificaties worden verzonden via Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google LLC). Firebase ontvangt alleen het anonieme apparaattoken, en verwerkt dit conform het privacybeleid van Google.
4. Hoe lang bewaren wij uw gegevens?
Gevolgde capcodes en het push notification token worden bewaard zolang u de app gebruikt. U kunt alle gegevens volledig verwijderen door de app te deïnstalleren. Na deïnstallatie wordt het apparaattoken automatisch ongeldig en worden uw abonnementen verwijderd.
5. Beveiliging
Alle communicatie tussen de app en onze server verloopt via HTTPS. Wij slaan geen gevoelige persoonsgegevens op.
6. Kinderen
P2000 Alarm is niet gericht op kinderen onder de 13 jaar. Wij verzamelen bewust geen gegevens van kinderen.
7. Wijzigingen in dit beleid
Wij kunnen dit privacybeleid van tijd tot tijd bijwerken. Wijzigingen worden gepubliceerd op deze pagina met een bijgewerkte ingangsdatum. Wij raden u aan deze pagina periodiek te raadplegen.

P2000 Alarm is a free app that displays real-time P2000 emergency alerts for fire, ambulance, and police services in the Netherlands. Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we process and how.
1. What data do we collect?
Data we do process
- Postal code – stored locally on your device only, used to filter nearby alerts and to locate the nearest volunteers during a Resuscitation Alert. Your postal code is never sent to our servers unless you use the Resuscitation Alert feature.
- Followed capcodes – the capcodes of emergency units you follow are stored on our server so we can send targeted push notifications.
- Push notification token – an anonymous device token generated by Firebase, used to deliver push notifications to your device. This token contains no personal information.
Data we do not collect
- Name, email address, or phone number
- Precise GPS location
- Usage behavior, analytics, or tracking data
- Advertising profile or demographic data
2. How do we use your data?
Your data is used solely to:
- Send push notifications for capcodes you follow.
- Determine whether you are within a 5 km radius during a Resuscitation Alert (your postal code is processed temporarily and only for this purpose).
We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or sale to third parties.
3. Is your data shared?
No. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Push notifications are delivered via Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google LLC). Firebase only receives the anonymous device token, processed in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
4. How long do we retain your data?
Followed capcodes and the push notification token are retained for as long as you use the app. You can delete all data by uninstalling the app. After uninstallation, the device token is automatically invalidated and your subscriptions are removed.
5. Security
All communication between the app and our server uses HTTPS. We do not store sensitive personal data.
6. Children
P2000 Alarm is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
